Raw Farm honey is harvested in the virgin forests of Bulgaria – a region in Northeastern Bulgaria, near the town of Dulovo, chosen specifically for beehives for its diverse flora and pollution-free air. Bulgarian Bee’s honey is “limited” which means we only sell honey that we collect from our own beehives. Unlike mass producers, we do not buy outside production to mix it with ours in order to increase its quantity and reduce quality. And, that is why we can guarantee that we always deliver the same pure, raw, non-pasteurized, cold-pressed honey to you – with care, love and minimal intervention. We leave the bees and nature do most of the job. Our wildflower honey is one of a kind as the bees are provided with over 3600 plant species to collect nectar from. One third of these species is used as herbs in the medicine (Thistle, Thyme, Oregano, Camomile, Hawthorn, Melissa, etc). It has a distinctive dark amber or red colour. Crystallization of honey is a natural process, it does not impact the product quality. It will become liquid again at a temperature of 38°C following a slow warming-up. No additives have been used during production. It is recommended not to administer it to infants under 12 months of age.
